Important Terms when Transacting with C Patisserie
The following important terms form part of Terms of Service for C Patisserie team to provide quality products and services to our valuable customers. By continuing or acquiring product or service (including consulting service) from C Patisserie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms of Service.
1) Allergy Reminder:
- Trace of eggs, dairy products, cake flour, and fresh fruits is present in most of our products.
- We do not provide egg-free or sugar-free cakes.
- No cakes & desserts shall be left at outdoor or room temperature.
- For fresh cream cakes, please keep them in chiller compartment (not freezer) at all time before consuming, for best apperance and taste.
- For chocolate & butter cakes, you may keep it in the air-conditioned rooms for up to 2-3 hours.
- All products are to be consumed within 48 hours from the time of collection/delivery.
- All Art Cakes wear a buttercream coating to preserve its appearance and protect soft cakes inside. The coating can be hard when it's cold hence leading to difficulty during cutting/slicing. Removing the coating does not affect the experience of consuming the soft cakes and fresh creams inside.
3) Non-ediable Supporting Structures
- Cakes are NOT designed for smashing.
- Cakes including figurines and decorations may contain non-edible parts within, such as toothpicks,dry spaghetti, floral wire, wooden dowels, styrofoam support, bubble straws, and other similar objects, which can be DANGEROUS and shall be REMOVED before consumption.
- For Art Cakes with darker colouring outside, e.g. black, deep blue, big red, purple, etc, we highly recommend customers to remove the exterior coloured buttercream coating before consuming the cakes.
- Pictures used in our website, social media and sales negotiation are for illustration purpose only. We are proud to provide any customisation at your request. Note: Additional charges applies for customisation.
- Visible difference and variation is expected our final product from the reference picture used during sales stage due to difference in size and flavours, stock availability of decorators, observational errors and respect to intellectual property right.
- Our fulfill timing is daily 10-6pm. Extra charges will be incurred for delivery or collection at other timings.
- Delivery timeslot is estimated to be 3 hour slot and actual arrival timing is subject to traffic and weather conditions. You are STRONGLY advised to arrange your own delivery/transportation service if your event is SENSITIVE TO TIMING.
- Self collection timing is strictly by appointment only. Please call us prior to your arrival so that we can get the cake packed ready for you.
- All cakes are made on the day required, so delay may be expected time to time on busy dates.
- For Art Cakes, one cake knife, one birthday candle and 5 sets of disposable plates and cutlery will be provided with any order at free of charge during period 1 Jan 2024 thru 31 Dec 2024.
- For Gourmet & Standard Cakes, one cake knife and one birthday candle will be provided. Birthday toppers and cutomised message are not available.
- Items such as birthday topper, extra plates & folks, candles, birthday cap, balloons, etc are available at accessories page.
- You're strongly advised to exercise caution when lighting the candles.
6) Others:
- You should expect less number of servings by a cake if you opt for the moneypulling fun feature as the money roll will occupy certain space within the cake.
